A great band that only consists of two members: Brian Chippendale on the drums/vocals and Brian Gibson on a custom bass. The sound can't be described, the first time I heard Lightning Bolt I thought there were at least four members to make all that noise. If you're gunna check 'em out I recommend Assassins or 2 Towers.
Lightning Bolt is the shit! i wnet to a concert the drummer wears a spanish wrestling mask the whole time and he has a mic in it. its sooo tight. Assassins is the best song.
I've seen videos of their live shows, they look fucking nuts. I wish I could see them live to have my ear drums destroyed.
