    the best place to bump into people would be on the sidewalk next to the Ocean Beach pier. Lots of potheads down there. You can always tell because these particular potheads look homeless and paranoid lol. They always deal right out in the open too. I've never actually bought from them but always see them down there. But honestly if you have a card, just browse the web for the dispensary. Plenty of those in SD.
