Sweden for sure. I'd love to live in Amsterdam too actually, smoking weed legally in a coffee shop without having to sneak around would relieve me of a great deal of paranoia and guilty/anxious feelings.
I'm very content with place I live in now, the only other place I might want to live would be New Zealand.
