If you could buy anything and everything to grow. spare no expense.

I would go with a completely sealed grow environment. Depending on the size of your room, I would go with 600w or 1000w lumatek digital ballasts with hortilux bulbs for flowering. To cool the hoods of the lights, I would use a 8" vortech fan. You would need either a window a/c unit in the wall or a portable a/c unit to cool the room. I suggest a Sentinal CCHC-1 environmental controller and a 20lb co2 tank with a Milwaukee regulator on it.

Those are the basics of what you would need, the growing medium is your choice

 

imh and uneducated opinion the room is pretty much everything. Lots of ventilation, sealed room, air cooled lights, complete automation for co2, temps and nutrients in an easy to maintain hydro system that has perpetual harvests. I would also aim for a minimum of 60watts per sqft. A lot of people say you don't need more than 50wp sq ft but I have seen much bigger and denser buds @ 60+. Torn between 600/1k hps. I like the 600 but the 1k produces more (along with more issues). Obviously you would have a multi light setup.

 

I would have to say if money were no object I would run with a system built by these guys...

If done properly you could run basically as many lights as youd like! Say with 10 to 20 lights you could easily pull over 100 pounds per year.
