If you are driving with someone who is on parole..

    Does that give them a "probable cause" to search the vehicle if I was to be pulled over?
    Florida btw.

    If pulled over for any traffic violation, and the individual driving is on parole, yes.
    If the passenger happens to be on parole, I'm not sure.

    Yeah cause I'm going to be driving NY friends to Orlando tonight. I'll play it safe either way probably.
