If weed was legal?

    Would ya'll want the laws to be the same as alcohol?

    If they were, then anyone caught DUI or public toking would be pit in jail just the same..


    I for one would just like to have it decriminalised. Then they couldn't come to my house and do shit for growing or smoking. I feel the home (castle} is a mans private place. The law shouldn't be allowed to bother a stoned head at home!



    So what do you think?

    decriminilization would just make it so that you don't get arrested for what you would normally get arrested for... you'd just get a warning, or a citation... which i wouldn't mind. i'd rather it be legal, and have the same laws as alchohol though.

    if it was legal then you couldnt grow cause the gov. wouldnt make any money off it.

    they would definitely let you grow if it was legal.. just look at homebrewing.. a few of the real stoners might grow their own, but the rest wouldnt bother.. i mean, i probably wouldnt bother if i could go to the 7-11 and buy a pack of joints for 5.99.. it wouldnt be worth the trouble to grow

    no man the nevada law that was defeated said that you couldnt grow your own. that was one of the parts of the law. if weed was legal it would be different from alcohol or tobacco. the law said that you can only posess up to three ounces but there is no law saying how much beer you can have.

    I was thinking aabout the work up there the other day. The work outside has to be to cold most of the year.. I don't like the real cold weather..

    Now Florida is a good place to work out doors.. I guess I'd better stick to TN though!

    I think it's outrageous that police forces can brake in to your house and take you to jail!!!!! I mean it's your private space and what you do inside should be your own business (meaning taking drugs etc. no beating your wife or what ever) I'mean it's now legal for police officers to listen to your phone calls! Where does it stop? we're bein' monitored all the time, "the big brother watches" maybe that isn't too far from the reality we're living in. How is it possible that a goverment tells you what to take and what not to take? and if you take you're bein punished? It's illegal to buy a plant but it's legal and normal to buy a fire weapon? you can't show sex on TV but violence and killing is OK? now if we'd take these hard facts of reality out of context and put them on the pages of a Sci-fi book it would sound pretty different, we've grown in to this and we don't know anywqay else, this is normal to us but when you think about them it's not allright.

    actually that is not true, there are laws saying that you are only allowed to brew so much beer per year.

    i would want it decriminalized and then i wouldn't. It would be sick to stop at the local 7/11 and pick up some perfectly rolled j's but they would most defiantly make DUI for smoking weed. And how would they test it? piss? everyone would be fucked. They would make it legal but you basically can't drive if you smoke it. Plus it would be taxed out the balls and i don't like the idea of the gov't profiting off of something they prosecuted millions on. i would absolutely still grow because i love being able to raise my girls from a seed to a smoke. Best feeling ever. (if you have not grown you don't understand this feeling). Dealers would be put out of business, which i wouldn't really mind because SOME can be dicks. NOT ALL. And like rickster1red said they would add all the shit that's in smokes to get the public addicted to it, in turn making it illegal again in a few years when there is an epidemic of addicted (altered) pot smokers. I also wouldn't want all the little 15 year olds at my local high school to be walking around all stoned. That generation is already fucked up enough in the head haha. //end rant

    florida's a good place to work outdoors? How the shit do you figure working out in the 105 degree heat with 100% humidity is cool? and florida legal system is ancient.

    Why do so many people have such a warped sense of the law making process?

    No! Just stop, the bills haven't been written yet and right now this is an issue that's only being addressed at the state level, if your concerned with what's happening in your own state write up a piece of legislation and recruit some volunteers to help petition, you could change something.

    I would like it to be decriminalized but it would be way better if it was legal.
