If Prop 19 passes can you get still get a medical card?

  1. I already spoke with a doctor and I have many ailments (im prescribed a bunch of crappy medication I hate) but im not moving out there till early 2012. Even if it does pass, I would still like to have a medical card to stand out to show I actually use it for medicinal purposes if I was ever pulled over or something. Does anybody know anything about this?

  3. Yes, Prop 19 does nothing to affect Prop 215 and SB 420 in California.
