    Will I be able to get a medical card myself by walking into one of those clinics and saying i have back pains or whatever. Or am i not allowed to get a card if i'm a resident of out of state. If that's the case, are there like people dealing outside the dispensaries or some shit or can I ask people leaving the dispensary for kush.

    if you are above the legal age you can go into a dispensary and buy weed with or without a medical card if im not mistaken?

    Why not just walk into a dispensary and buy your meds as a recreational user? It'll save you the time and hassle of acquiring a MMJ card.

    If you are over the age of 21 any out of stater can buy up to a 1/4 ounce at a time.
