    Not really the same thing but this reminds me of a Cops episode I saw. This cracked out lady ran up to an officer screaming to arrest this man who just sold her crack.
    *Cop* "Where's the crack?"
    *Lady* "Right here look!"
    *Cop* "Put your hands behind your back......."

    People these days.

    I saw that! She called the cops on the guy because she ripped her off or something when she bought crack off of her. It was fucking hilarious

    I don't think being high affected this at all, the guy is obviously an immature moron. Who brings the drugs to the cop and says "man whyd you do this to me!"
