Identity

  1. Who are you?

The suffering of man is rooted in the identification of the body. Dropping the identification drops your mind, drops the conditioned state, this sense of "I" and helps you realise the ultimate.

How many thoughts contain what is know as the "I-thought" and meditate on if the I is actually who are you.

We can only know ourselves if we know that which we are not, and thoughts, feelings, and all identities of body are not I. What remains is only to be experienced by the Self.

    Have a nice day.

  2. "You don't have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body."

    C. S. Lewis

  3. The body is an extension of the self. Any "I" thought you have ever had has been in the context of having a body. I think it would be pretty nigh inconceivable to have self or thought outside the context of a body. Not impossible, mind, just a major mindfuck.

Anybody ever had an out of bey experience and want to comment/correct me?

  4. i have spent much time wondering lost within the self created maze of my mind
trying to open locked doors which have no key....

i thought for some time that i was the key....
    this got me nowhere...

figured out i was the lock....and made my way thru....

only to find a whole new maze....

    some shit never ends.....
