Thanks a lot man. I use chem nutes with a bit of N right thru, that's why I flush and feed for a week or two with water. I won't get much yellowing at all. You use organic nutes, yours yellow and die off, but you don't really have to flush.

Yes, my cutting was taken early in the second week flower. They are single blades and once regular veg takes off they stop. It's called monstercropping and produces lots of tops with little training.

 

My IC sativa is at the end of seventh week of flowering.

The colas just keep swelling and shooting flowers. Fortunately I won't have to put anything into the flowering tent for 3-4 weeks, so I can let her go and see what she'll give me. So far she's my biggest yielder, but I've never been able to keep her flowering as long as I wanted to, for different reasons.

Anyway, I'm changing her feed to the ripening solution. I'll keep it going for a couple weeks, then give her the flush.
Simple solution of
20ml Botanicare Ripe
20ml Botanicare Sweet raw
EC of 2.0, pH 5.8
If I start to see a mag deficiency, I'll give her a teaspoon of epsom salts. I'm trying to keep the levels down.

Btw, my Indica went into the darkroom today for a couple days, then harvest!

 

Well I chopped her
Her sweet aroma was permeating from the darkroom throughout the house, so I figured it was best to harvest her today. That's my story and I'm sticking with it

Her trichs were mostly creamy with increasing numbers of ambers. Perfect time for indicas imo. I'm not really looking for couchlock but mostly uplifting and still medicinal.

I ended up with 1 nice fat and 13 decent sized tops off her. I'm going to trim them now since they're so dense. There's not much trim on them anyway.

I will try to get a couple natural light pics of a trimmed bud shortly.

Thanks Man its not as big as some but she is heavy I still pull some lower nugs a week or so early just to satisfy my urge.

 

Just a short post to update on my revegged Ice cream clone.
She's standing about 6" tall with some interesting growth. She should start taking off now. I can't wait to see how bushy this one gets. Her pheno is heavy laden with branches naturally, let alone being monstercropped

The IC sativa is nearing the end of the 8th week flower. Her pistil popping has finally leveled off and she's starting to put on the bulk. I'll give her a good flush tomorrow and then water only for about 2 weeks. I'm pleased with the size of the colas off her, especially knowing she should fatten and get good and dense over the next couple weeks. Should be a good harvest

I'll probably have a dry weight in the next day or two. Been going in and out of the jars for the last couple days. I already know I have over an oz of popcorn and close sugar trim for me hash which I'll make tomorrow.

 

Ok I think the buds are pretty well dry. I'm curing them in jars and i'll try to leave them alone for 3-4 weeks. That's when her aroma really comes on

The smell at this point is subtle, but still there. It reminds me of strawberry cream Campinos, if you know the candy you'd agree. At the same time there seems to be a skunky undertone. The trichs are numerous and frosty,sticky.

The taste...on inhale the creamy vanilla taste comes through. Smooth at first..then ends with a bit of an expanding lung buster, but not harsh at all.The exhale reminds me definitely of pine and...Hmmm can never put my finger on it...spicy?...idk

The High...after the first couple hits I get this uplifting feeling, euphoric that settles into a clearer centered feeling. Warm and relaxing on the body...not racy feeling.

Functional abilities...good concentration and reasoning abilities.I'm assuming.
Can handle tasks competently still. I must point out that this is after smoking a bowl. Higher amounts will reduce these abilities

For those that wonder if I get all my chemical nutes and supplements out by my final flush and water schedule, I took a pic of the ash

The final dry weight...
Good sized buds....56.85 grams (including main cola- 11.75 grms)
Popcorn and close sugar trim...30.41 grams
Total dry weight....87.26 grams or just over 3 ozs.

Historically, i have harvested .5-1 oz more dry bud using the scrog setup up. I'm happy anyway, it's good smoke all around

Btw, i made hash yesterday and figure I should get about a gram each of the A and B grade.

 

My sativa has been flushed and is being fed distilled water from this point on.
She had kinda fluffy buds, but are filling in fine now. She should get fairly dense when finished, but nothing like the indica. They were like rocks

I wish i could take a pic that would show just how frosty these babies are.
The smell is getting intense. It's even stronger than the LaCon kush aroma.

 

I checked my IC with my scope this morning and noticed a few more ambers. I'd guess it's around 85-90% cloudy, 5-10% clear with the odd amber mixed in.

Shes at day 60 flower and i decided to take a sample bud. I took the lowest branch on the plant. I kept having to tie it up anyways, it was funny looking -a big bud on this long skinny stem. I trimmed her up and left her to dry.

She's good and ready now, but still wanna hold off as long as I can to fatten up some more. Just watching the trichs at this point
