I have had 4 of them and all went bad. I had to repay for return shipping each time. They return the unites after a two week period. The unit is slapped in a box and that is it. The unit uses so much material. The unit is hard to clean. There two good things. The battery life is great and the taste of the dense vapor is good. I am on my 5th crafty vape. I is so efficient. It needs cleaning once a month and it is very easy. Each time I had to send a bad unit back S&B send me a pre paid label. They send me new units with all the fixings.
