Im looking into applying to start a cultivation center in the next year and I need all the info i can get. Not on how to grow or any thing but the rules and regulations associated with running one. I would also like to know the fee's associated with applying for one, any certain limitations there are with opening one, etc etc.
From the tax requirements i've read, you're in for a long, long haul. Some have even speculated it would be impossible to make a profit. But we're all pulling for you, good luck my friend.
If you are serious it's best to go down to the permitting agencies and discuss it with them face to face. Get whatever info they have and if they are willing to answer questions, request that they do so in writing. If you don't have an attorney, get one. A message board is probably not the best place to be getting the info you need. Good luck to you though - hope you can crack the nut.
