I saw the survey underneath the article and couldn't help myself.It seems the world is fixated on Florida's stance on shooting people who need to be shot. When criminals are fully aware they could be killed legally for doing a B & E, it cuts down on crime considerably.

Yep, it's the way we roll down here. If someone comes on my property unwarranted, they have put themselves in grave danger. I wouldn't shoot a stupid kid, but I have a pen light taped to my 12 gauge for indoor use. With 3 1/2 inch magnum, 00 buckshot there isn't much chance of an intruder survivng a point blank range blast. And it's legal. you just have to hide the dope before dialing 911. I can't stand the way this country has become so pussy footed, where in some states you will be tried for shooting someone who is an attacker in your own home. That's commie BS.
