I topped like a week or even more ago and its not growing back.

    Will it eventually grow back? Its been a while and i've seen no growth to the top I cut off.

    Did you take the only grow tip the plant had?

    What he said, how many nodes do you have left? Could be other issues as well. If well timed and the plants are healthy plants will normally kick in to new growth very quickly.
