Ohhhh...the "spam" was the newsletter. I dig them but I'm biased. SJ sends so very few of them out and with the site being free to all of us, I don't get why anyone would be upset over it. It's not like your email inbox is being flooded with crap from a site that you don't like. I'd think that being able to chill here would be worth the once-in-a-blue-moon email but that's just the way I think because I appreciate the City so much. All you have to do is unsubscribe if it's that big of a deal. I even think there is a place in your options that states that you don't want emails from admins. That doesn't mean the forum admins. That's the website admin. It didn't come from grasscity.com. You have a link to your email in your public profile, though, so it could have come from anyone out there.
