hello i think two of my clones are dying two of them are super droopy but they still look like they have life , i havent watered them since yesterday 8/27/12 and when i stick my pinky into the soil the soil is still moist they get sun during the day but when it gets over 90 i put them under shade and later in the afternoon i take them out again when the heat goes down. My neighbor said that because they are babys that maybe the sun is hurting them i live in california and it gets over 90 here so the first two days i just left the plants in the sun could the sun have damaged them ? plz help this is my first time growing ps. one of the leaves on the healthier plant is slightly yellow
Until they begin to develop roots, clones do better with real mild lighting. I use a 13 watt cfl for my clones.....I would advise against leaving them in direct sunlight. Ambient light on a windowsill or outside of the light footprint of an HID lamp might be a better option.
