I got a female plant that was in a pot of the necessary size from a friend about 2-3 weeks ago. So the plant is about 3 months now. Everything was going fine, the leafs were firm and had great color to them. All of the sudden it seemed like some of the leafs were getting burned and some were sagging down. It's always a constant heat of 82F, watered every 4 days (or as needed). Only used fertilizer once when I got it.
That drooping looks like it's from a lack of light. What lights are you using? And how far away from the light are the droopy leaves? Sometimes the top leaves collect so much light that hardly any gets to the bottom ones and the plant will drop them I don't know what the holes and burnt tip is from, but they aren't things I would worry about at this stage
