I think I messed up the soil....

Discussion in 'Do It Yourself' started by Trueeee, Jun 16, 2019.

  1. So I’m growing 2 Top Dawgs, and I recently added a bag of organic soil (plants a little leggy) and I saw white bugs in soil, only to realize they were beneficial soil mites. So before I realized that I sprayed the top of the soil with diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide to get rid of them, but they’re still there (thankfully).... So the question is.....is the soil fucked ??:thumbsdown:

  2. Test the pH of your soil. If its not way out of whack you'll be fine.

  3. The hydrogen peroxide shouldn't harm your plants. I've actually heard of it being used to clean the roots when they are sick. So if anything just flush out the container on your next watering and all should be fine.
