i think i broke a blood vessel in my eye

Not caused by weed smoking, it will go away in a few days its not too uncommon.

Edit: if it doesnt cause you pain or impair your vision that is. If its painful and/or impairs your vision, go to the doctors.

 

no its not, I get smoke in my eye all the time.
