I've seen enough of his threads to know he won't.

 

But supposing the guy had a big crush on her, the first thing I would tell him is.

"Dude, don't try to 'hit her up' over the cashier's counter. Try to meet her outside. After work. Wait for her outside."

 

If I had a crush on a Japanese chick at my local supermarket, I would find out when she gets off work, and wait for her outside.

And when she appears, I would walk up to her and say,

"Hi, my name is GGrass. I don't know what I'm doing here, but I just wanted to get a chance to talk to you because I wanted to get to know you better."
