Most carts are trash have u tried changing temp cleaning connections or charging pen? After that I’d just go re-up possibly change brands
Looks fine. Sometimes the oil gets stuck to one side if you put it your pocket or lay it down sideways. Just place it upright on a flat surface for about 20 minutes and it should even out.
