Dugway has done it, same with Area 51...I wouldn't throw it past them, Dugway still undergoes tests for weapons as does every missile site in the United States. I doubt that it was an EMP anyway since that isn't what an EMP does...The attention that this is getting is comparable to a power outage due to weather or some shit. Of course this story doesn't sound good, so we gotta fuck it up. I'm going to say that it was an interstellar contact from beyond, they shot a simple beam of light from their planet and it refracted of a satellite dish located just outside Albuquerque...This of course caused the dish to simply give out, but only momentarily, because it was a limited light source that the aliens were using in preparation for something like this to happen. So as soon as the contact light dispersed everything went right back to peachy keen. Now we have a conspiracy.
