I swear most buyers know more about strains then the dealers

sometimes dealers buy bulk, and don't get a strain name... hopefully they know atleast if it's indica or sativa, and most people who smoke aren't really into what strain it is as long as it gets them high.. well in my experience with people anyways I'm not a drug dealer just saying in general thats what I think.

For me i dont really care to much about strain names. I just dont like when they lie. For me alot of strains are indistinguishable from one another, however there are particularly easy ones to identify. For example Jack Herrer has such a unique smell that i can pick it up any time (also one of my favorite strains if grown right).

It sucks when people lie though.... But hey who knows maybe the dealers dealer is the one lying.

i have met some pretty good dealers who actually know what they had at all times, but they were good friends of mine. honestly, dealers just want to make money, and sometimes they just don't care about the strain as long as they're getting hooked up.

man... i'm about to make a thread about dealers real quick because a lot of these guys don't know what the fuck they're doing. they really don't and with some of us dudes that do their research, these guys are playing the wrong type of games.

to me, it pisses me off to no end that these guys selling some weak shit then saying it's this strain, that strain and then charging top dollar for it. that pisses me off. if you're going to rip off your customer when it comes to the weed, DON'T SELL WEED THEN. there's guys that will kill you for that kind of shit. in all seriousness, if a weed dealer sells some wack shit and lies his ass off about it, he deserves to get killed. it's like you're just better off growing your own shit and smoking it. honestly.... i should start doing that but i don't have my own place yet. i need to move out to somewhere where they know about weed and getting high.

 

No one deserves to be murdered over something so trivial.
I hate a bad dealer as much as the next guy but always remember you're the one with the cash.
If the bud doesn't look like its worth the price call them out on it and say youre buying from someone else... If they undercut you buy giving you less then what you paid for, buy a scale, and skeet up their product infront of them. Its always funny to see dealers faces when you whip out a scale...

Its true, but sometimes that's all i can get. Especially during summer, when there's less students in my city.
I used to pick up off someone pretty high up the food chain. I loved walking into his place, and getting a, dry sealed, pound of high grade tossed across his living room for me to inspect... miss those days. It was amazing until someone else took over his business, and he was a huge douche.

 

Being in the game long enough, you should know to ask what you are receiving. I've never picked up weight that I haven't seen in person, and vouch for myself. I always get a strain name, and its always on par with what the nug is.

The people that just get bud to sell, are the ones that are gonnna hustle you, cause they got bills to pay and mouths to feed I'm sure. But the ones that really know about cannabis, their strains, and identifying them will always more times than not be the best connect to go to.

 

I'd rather the dealer be honest and say he has no clue rather than him making up some stupid shit name that isn't even really the strain.

 

Seriously. Hahahaha. My connects in cali never worried about it, cause it was always .2 to .3 heavy on small sacks and he would ecpect me to weigh a pound out before I left his place if that's what I was getting.

Here in texas now, people start sweating bullets... hahahaha.

I don't know when this usage of "legit" became popular, but I cringe every time I read it. The word is legitimately. They have legitimately no clue.

Also, to answer your question, unless the dealer grew it or bought it from the grower, it is pretty impossible for him to know the strain. Would you rather be told it's some "dank" or that it's some wienerschnitz kush?
