alright this is pretty long and juicy but bear with me i think its a good story. So a few days ago i had just gotten off from work and went to the bank to cash my check. i cash it and all that and go to leave. now the bank i go to has this one-way lane (that you take to get into the bank). so i take the one-way to get out of the bank just because i thought no one was there and its slightly faster. so with my luck this guy in a truck pulls into the lane, so im like "ahh shit" and im mouthing "my bad my bad" to him and start to back up. the lane is in a C shape, so im backing out kinda slow so i dont hit the curb.... Im backing up and i can see this guy is getting annoyed and creeping up on my car, so now im getting a lil annoyed becasue im trying to avoid hitting the curb. so i put my hand in the air in one of those "wat the fuck hold on" kinda gestures, and i see him start cursing. so i back up faster and smack against the curb, while this guy is still inches away from me and comming even closer. I lean out and say "hey can you hold the fuck on a second?" guy: "yea which way are the arrows pointing?" me: " i know, my bad, im trying to back up without hitting the curb gimmie a minute" finally i get out, and he's still cursing at me, so i say "you know what you need to fuckin relax buddy" well then he gets out of his car all like " im about to rip you out of this car and mess your day up kid" so for the next 5 minutes or so, this guy is leaning halfway in my car, like if i pulled away he woulda came with me. we're in eachothers faces screaming, and im getting pissed. this guy was at least in his 30's. im 18, and i look 15, idk what his problem was, but just the way he was in my car pissed me off. He thought he was a fuckin tough guy getting in my face but he didnt have the balls to actually do anything. Fuckin asshole probably wanted money outta me. I honeslty could have fucking destoryed this guy, especially since he was halfway in my car all i had to do was grab him and rip him apart lol....and idc what any of you say, random fights on the street are about messing the guy up as much as possible, cause im not getting my face smashed up, im a lil guy i'll just do whatever i want to hurt you. no point in trying to make yourself look good its not a pussy highschool fight. i woulda poked his eyes out if i had too... so what should i have done? keep in mind this is NY, everyone sues everyone...so if i woulda swung first i'd be in trouble.

It's his bad for getting so worked up, but you also fucked up real bad by turning into some place you shouldn't have. And if you thought you could have kicked this guy's ass while he's leaning into your car and you're SITTING down... you had another thing coming.... Guy would have fucked you up, at least I know I would have if you're just sitting there... Kinda hard to get any leverage or momentum from that position. Guy would have rocked you. Next time just tell the guy to smoke a joint and chill the fuck out.
You should have given him a niiice big smile undid your seatbelt(assuming you were wearing one like a good citizen) turn so your chest was in the general direction of him and then open your door a bit and before he knows whats going on kick the fuckin door open on him.
First, wasen't too smart of you. But you really shoulda just stopmed on the gas with him leaning into your car. "I felt my life was in danger and tried to flee, it's not my fault he had his head in my car".
sounds good on paper but that stuff would be like a fogger & he would have been trapped in the car. the driver that is. i have a MAG light under the seat for just that reason & im not a little guy, i just dont believe in long confrontations
I wouldve taken down the guys license plate and then stepped out of the car. Let the guy pretty much throttle me, and then sue the shit out of him. There's nothing illegal on my part done there, you accidentally went down a one way ally but did eventually back out, and the other guy wouldve been fucked.
ohh my bad didnt descirbe how he was in my car clearly. he wasnt on my side he was leaing in through the passenger's side window. he had like his waist on the door and his face in my face. i think i had better leverage.

yeah that sounds right, but my uncle had a guy come up to his window and he threw a punch on him but then my uncle put him in a headlock and just wailed on his face until he ran off. so just depends i guess haha. but i agree with you that makes sense. maybe my uncle is just a badass. hahaha.
You have the right to protect yourself when being assaulted. That would not have been considered excessive force. The only escape option you had was to drive away. As long as you didn't hold onto him and drag him for miles, you would be fine. There is no defend able reason a 30 year old man should have his upper body in a young kids car.
ya your not doing shit sitting in your car. You would have been krushed, and pepper spray isnt that good, if you can get your hands on some real mase then your protected.
