I just wanted to make a post here and give credit to Pax where credit is due. They are really good about honoring their warranty. Currently they are shipping me my third Pax2. First one stopped taking a charge after about a year when it developed a little rattle sound in it that sounded like a piece of solder had come loose. The ship me a new one right out The second one again lasted about 12 months and would shut off after about 10 seconds and blink the lights blue 10 times. Which is some kind of false indication of overheating i think. But I must add that I use my Pax exclusively, at least three times a day every day if not six times a day on a good day. And I usually have Vape sessions that last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I never combust anymore, except for the last week or so since my Pax is down. Smoking is just too hard on me, price of being a cig smoker for 20 years i guess. So a lowball average of 562 hours of use per year on my Pax. But it also got dropped a few times, recently pretty hard on sidewalk. Thankfully legalization is here now and I can go buy cartridges in a few months, so my Pax use will likely go down significantly.
Additional note, my replacement just came in and they sent me a Pax 3 to replace my Pax 2. Awesomeness!!
