I put about 0.7 to a gram in 1 firecracker

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by smokinbudzzz, Oct 15, 2014.

  1. Is this enough? I used peanut butter plus butter for added fat. Also i have never eaten weed so should i only eat half? I put my oven at 335 for 30 minutes, it's in the oven now. Also how long does weed last when eaten and how long does the effects take to kick in? I have quite a bit of posts here but i'm a complete newb when it comes to edibles. I have a job interview also tomorrow at night so i hope im okay haha.

  2. Making firecrackers for the first time as well, I only used .3 grams. The recipes I've seen where you pre-bake (decarboxylate) the marijuana before adding it to the butter and then baking call for .5 grams. .7 will get you baked. An edible high is different in that it is absorbed slower into the body through the liver and then the brain, producing a longer lasting, more potent psychedelic experience, while THC is absorbed very rapidly within the lungs going quickly to the brain and then cycling through the liver. This is how I understand it. Let us know how your .7 grams goes :)
