I could'nt finish a spliff with a sore-throat. But yeah it seems whenever I don't feel well or have a head-ache and then take bong rips it releives me for awhile but when I start to come-down if I don't smoke again it will either be worse or the same. I think it's just the high that makes you feel good but your head-ache or sore throat does'nt really go away.
