It would be better to give it to Chicken, at least it would actually stimulate something. But seriously, i was reading that the total outstanding mortgage debt in the united states was around 6+ trillion dollars........the total amount of the bailouts and stimulus is around 12 trillion dollars...... My question is, why didn't we just pay off everyone's mortgage? Now that would stimulate the economy,and we would still have 6 trillion left. I know its socialistic in its implementation, but ain't that the route Obama and his followers are attempting to steer the country anyways....
