Welcome, there are many growing how to manuels on this forum and others like it, First I would do a search for member named Sidious and read his link called quick grow guide also search the archives for how to questions. Your questions are very broad based and you would benefit greatly from some research time, dont get me wrong people are more than willing to answer your questions but it would help to read up a little.
