This is a recent photo of one of my flowering plants. This particular plant's flowers look a little different then my other plants. Do you guys think it might be a hermaphrodite?
I don't see any balls in those pics. Looks like all lady so far. Are you finding balls/sacks anywhere on the plant? I have had a few hermies in my day, they don't always display the same. Some have balls and hairs all in one spot. I have had one that the upper area, like in your pic, was all hairs then 1 section down all balls.
My second photo is a better one to look at. But at the top in the center, where all the hairs are coming out, I also see a clump of little white lumps! Kinda like a clump of zits. Does this mean Hermie?
If it has pollen sacks you would be able to notice. They usually occur near the stem around the nodes. Take a look around, or take some pictures of the plant under the canopy to reveal the stem and nodes so we can better tell if it has male parts or not. You can't tell by looking at the bud because the bud IS the female organ, the flower. The hairs are the pistils that catch pollen allowing the plant to reproduce sexually and form seeds.
