My friend and i got an unnamed strain from our dealer/grower and he said we could name it!It was Indica dominant but very cerebral, like a Sativa. My friend and I both described it as a chill that came over us, not really like actual cold, but like a mental chill (I really dont know how to describe that part). The chill brought with it a mild couch-lock, but little sparks of energetic euphoria that felt like little ice crystals in the mind.We named it Dementor's Kiss. So whattaya think? Do you think it's a cool name for a strain?EDIT: got the details -- 60:40 Indica:Sativa16% THC, 4% CBDrelatively frosty buds but nothing crazy, with a bluish-purple tinge but also small orange hairs, very dense nugs with nice round shape, sweet piney taste with a very slight lemony aftertaste, burns nice and white, hits thick and milky.

  2. I think thats a sweet name for sure!

For it to be offical though, the grower has to sell it to the dispensary though right?

  3. I like it, weed needs more metal names. (Not the most metal name but finally getting into that territory!)

  4.
Very cool, what are you doing to preserve the genetics?

  5. Very very cool name indeed. Sounds dank!

This grower knows what he's doing. He's not one of those guys who just throws some seeds in the dirt and churns out schwag with seeds and stems and shit; he takes pride in his work and enjoys creating new strains. This was a new one he was working on and we just got the privilege of naming it. So to answer your question, i don't know what he's doing to preserve it, but i assume he's doing it right. He knows his stuff.

  7. Very cool. Now I can take it to any Harry Potter themed parties I go to and it will be dandy.
