alright well, I am a small time entrepreneur, and I've made several investments in different products and I have been experimenting with which ones sell well, how quickly, and how much profit I make. Well I made a bad investment and I purchased a large quantity of counterfeit items from China without knowing that they were fake. I am now currently being threatened with a lawsuit from the company who owns the brand name and I was forced to give up information such as the personal information of my connection in China, my inventory list, my sales records, my profits, and my list of customers. I now have several copyright infringement tags slapped on my eBay account and all of my auctions were pulled down by eBay. Now my connection in China is emailing me over and over again asking me what is going on and why I haven't talked to her...she knows my state, city, zip code, address, name, telephone #, email, msn...She is a big time counterfeit producer in China apparently, she owns a factory with a guy that produces counterfeit IPods, Nike, Air Force Ones, Puma, Prada, Timberlands, Ice Creams, Roxies, Adidas, and a ton more. If she links me with the police knocking on her door I'm fucked. Shit what the fuck should I do?! Should I keep ignoring her or what.... An entire underground criminal counterfeit operation being shut down is a big deal...and a lot of money gets lost. I don't want to be responsible for that.
I wouldn't ignore her. If trouble does come knocking on her door, she might start to suspect you simply because you've been oddly quiet. I would say act like business as usual, without any actual business. There are many reasons why people lose money. I suggest you get yourself a "gambling" problem. Poor people can't conduct business online, right?

Eh man not the wisest idea but you might want to give her a heads up so she can get somewhere safe,because dude shes going to end up going down and find shit out like what happened, shes going to look at you first thing unless she has other contacts in the states then say Fuck and keep it cool and talk to her like usual.

Not to piss on your parade because I do feel for you and have had bad times with Fleabay but I have to think you knew the items were fake. There aren't many copyrighted items you can buy directly from suppliers in China.
US officials are not the ones I am getting emails from. I'm getting emails from the company's representatives in Japan and they have another one in China i think. Nobody I am talking to is in the US
Simplest way to fix this is write letters to George W. Bush and tell him the companies have large amounts of oil hidden under their factories and storage centers.
Well if u really need get the company to protect you for information. Say you will give information if they can assure you of your safety.

I think the worst that would happen is they threaten you. If those companies are serious then I think your people will be too busy hiding out and setting up shop somewhere new.
