I lost the flower bank of lights in my led. Fixable?

maybe, if your good at soldering or if it's something as simple as a bad conection

 

You had them stored away and they worked before that? If so, it could be very likely that you just need to reconnect a wire.
Pop it open and take a look.

 

Agreed, crack it open and look around for any loose or burnt connections

 

if your light has multiple drivers inside, you can just hook up a different driver (with the same spec) to trouble shoot the issue and see if it's the driver.

It's probably the driver or a loose plug. They're not too complicated inside.
