    If medical marijuana is passed in Kentucky, how old would one have to be prescribed it by a doctor?

    I also had a depressed skull fracture a couple years back, and had to have screws and a plate put in my head, would i qualify for it?

    Too many "ifs" - fact is there is no MMJ in KY, so whatever we said would be purely speculation
