I have been through hell and back with my glass pieces, either people breaking them, or them breaking in the process of cleaning. I have learned from my mistakes but I am now in the process of looking for a new piece. My price range is around $50-$100 dollars. I dont even really like spending that much on a piece but I will if it's worth it. Anyway if you could give me your suggestions on a new piece I'd really appreciate it. I need something that hit's smooth and hard. Also, any suggestions for your best Glass cleaning method. I try alcohol and salt but it seems this takes to long and if I have a really clogged bowl it doesnt work all the time and I end up heating it up, then comes the breaking. haha
For 50 id get a vapor genie or a mflb for 100, if you don't like vapes get a bong or something with water
I've only ever tried a friends big Volcano Vapes and I didn't really like it. Something about not actually feeling the smoke in my lungs, are those vapor genies like that too? or will I actually feel a hit?
If i was gonna get something in that price range, honestly i would get a nice, thick dry. Especially if you have problems keeping glass unbroken. If you search around you could find a really nice dry in that price range that in the future you will be glad you have and cherish as part of your collection, instead of looking back and thinking why did i buy this piece of shit whatever. I don't really recommend any body buying tubes in that price range unless one can be had for a steal. Keep in mind im a collector though, so ymmv.

Never seen it before, looks kinda gimickie to me though. Support your Local blowers bro. They put their hearts into their work, and its not like they are really making that much bank in the process. If you look around you could get a nice heady spoon or something of that nature that you will cherish ten times more than that, and that will turn heads as well, and bring lots of joy to talk about.
Man there is 1 location within 100 miles of me that has any type of good glass, and to be honest they over charge so much that I feel out of place just walking into the store. haha What I get for living in the bible belt. Other then that my selection consists of gas stations and porno shops. :/
Definitely get Weed Star glass, I've dropped my bong twice from a 4 foot drop and both times only got a tiny scratch. Get effing Weed Star glass man
yea avoid the gas stations and porn shops. Probably all china glass. There's several blowers in these forums that can probably help you out in that price range. But honestly a drive wouldn't be so bad. Make an adventure out of it. Don't be afraid to barter. Just so you know where im coming from...I have been buying glass for a LOOOONNNG time. Every piece that i settled for, under spent on, or was made of cheap quality is long gone. You will only appreciate and cherish and take care of something that has meaning to you and that touches you in some way.

I love my MFLB. So easy to use once you get the hang of it. I also like using it with my 8 arm straight medicali. Amazing to say the least.
What's MFLB guys? I dont really think I'm looking for a bong. Haha going to be honest here I smoke with my mom and she can't handle bong hits. So I'm kinda buying with her in mind. Although if it's as smooth as you guys say it is it may be worth the investment.

I bet your mom won't learn how to use the MFLB. It's not for everyone. I do like mine. Battery powered vape, can buy the power adapter for home use. You can take it anywhere and use it anywhere without smell. Might as well get a dry glass pipe. Some nice sites like heady glass, aqua lab technologies, chico kush, search for high end headshops if you don't find something there you like. yeah unfortunately I can't afford anything like that. If someone would be so kind to school an amature smoker. Can someone explain the different pieces when buying a bong? Like percolators, and ashcatchers ( this one kinda speaks for itself), and all these other little pieces you can add to a bong? When buying a bong.... Glass on Glass(GonG) or Grommet -- Glass on Glass is preferred No Carb(Most GonG) or Carb -- Carb is what most hand pipes have.. Put your finger over the hole and remove it to clear the piece. No carb is preferred. Straight or Beaker -- I like Straight better but thats my opinion Downstem --Showerhead...Arms...Slits...Stemless(Means no down stem necessary) ---I like arms on mine. Most bongs I believe come with slitted ones. Percolators --So many different ones Dome(Kind of Old School), Tree Percs, halo percs, shower head upercs...I could go on and on. Main point being percs reduce harshness of the hit but increase drag(most of the time) Ashcatchers --An attachment that catches the ash and usually adds some kind of perc(very handy because it keeps your bong clean) If I missed any key points feel free to chime in.
Wait, what's your budget? The second two I pictured were $50 each. And the sites all have glass for under $100. Aqua even has $25 sandblasted chillims. I thought you didn't want a bong! If you go for a bong, you won't want a second chamber. This is because of your price range. A good one will cost a lot of money. Get a single chamber that's hand blown, not from China.
