So I need a book before the end of this week that is non-fiction... It also cannot be a biography. I was thinking maybe Fast Food Nation, or something more interesting .. What do you guys think??? What would you read if you have to do this book review?? PS I don't have to just read it, I have to write book logs, reviews, etc.. Thanks Alot
I have a book that's called Classic Rock Stories and its a pretty short paper back, easy to read about how old hit songs were made and stuff like that. Its a pretty neat read.
Granted, I don't know what your disposition towards religion is, but the best non-fic I've read recently would be Richard Dawkins - The God Delusion
Oh I'm very open minded towards religion, but I don't really want my teacher to make judgments based on it. But remember the book can't be a biography.
I was going to say Go Ask Alice, but its not 300 pages. That book is badass, but really sad at the end,
Fear and Loathing as well as most of thompsons work is 'gonzo' so not considered non-fiction... the book "Bay of Pigs" by him - though boring, will probably work. EDIT- "Kingdom Of Fear" Thompsons last book before he died i think is non-fiction. it's around 400-500 pages too. Was a great read, and i seem to remember him assuring the reader that everythings true a few times.
fiction... 'gonzo journalism' alot of it is fictional accounts, or twisted accounts of what happened.

Well the topic is so rubric.. Non-fiction, Non-Biographical There's so many things I could do, and so many things I didn't even think of. Such as torture! hahaha. Thanks for your insight.
