Good job linking your double post together. Hopefully you will get more responses, I would just reccomend using the light as is for your veg tent, they dont require much.
86v 0.65A. Assuming you used up all the voltage, you would get 55 watts from it. What did you want to do with it?

one of these could power a single qb288 or two qb120/qb132 but only at 0.65A so you wont get a ton of coverage with them, maybe enough for a 2x2 area.
