  1. I know that Barrack Obama signed a bill that ban's flavored tobacco, but i was wondering if that applies to flavored rolling papers (like juicy jays) because i am going to the head shop on Friday and i was really looking forward to some flavored rolling papers, until this bill got signed. Help me out, i want to know if they are legal or illegal.

  2. if its in the headshop, its legal

  3. I'm pretty sure it's just flavored cigarettes.

  4. Just cigarettes.

Doesn't even apply to cigars, much less rolling papers.

  5. doesnt apply to hookah either right?!

  6. When he says cigarettes, he means only cigarettes.. not shisha.

  7. im glad he didnt ban blunts and shit..
