i have a question about getting caught....

  1. Hey so i was wondering in Massachusetts if you get caught growing a small amount of plants (say two or three) what would be the consequences. I'm not asking this because I'm worried about getting caught because my babies are hidden well (you keep going till you get to east bum fuck then take a left and keep going past "where the fuck am i" and you will find them.... eventually). But me and my friend were sitting and smoking and we were talking and we realized that we know the consequences of possession, but we didn't know the charges for getting caught growing.

So say you got busted growing small scale say 1-5 plants for personal use. What would be the punishment that the 14inch black cock of the law would bone you with (so to speak)

Thanks in advance for your help

my attempt to get a fast response haha:smoke:
  2. check out state laws at NORML
  3. Thanks im on the website now but damn its hard to find stuff on this website. Then again it could just be me because im on the border of "I'm so high right now, I dont even know whats going on" haha towlie from south park
  4. I found my answer, mistimeaner possible 1-3 years in prison but probably probation for first offence, and a $5000 fine.

upon reading this imformation i have grown to hate Massachusetts just a little bit more.
    thanks for the help pothead-J

  5. Yeah but your state also has:

Conditional release: The state allows conditional release or alternative or diversion sentencing for people facing their first prosecutions. Usually, conditional release lets a person opt for probation rather than trial. After successfully completing probation, the individual's criminal record does not reflect the charge.

Your first offense is just a slap on your ass...kind of a "if you're gonna do this shit, at least do it better than this garbage you dumbass" type of thing.
