I got this coffee maker...

  1. But it hasn't been used in a long ass time...don't think it has been cleaned in a while either. I wiped down the outside and the permanent filter thing, but I am worried about the interior stuff. I looked it up online and it looks like there are a couple methods for cleaning this thing, but I was wondering what ya'll would do? Never owned one of these, any tips appreciated.

  2. Most people will tell you to use a 50/50 vinegar/water solution and run it through a few times. I use vinegar and a splash of bleach because I prefer a VERY white coffeepot...Just make sure after you have run through the vinegar solution to run water through atleast 5 times to get all the vinegar smell/taste out of the coffee pot.
