Ok I have read many, many post about preflowering. I'm trying to establish what the next step the plant will take. I planted Mid-April. My plant is two months old. I have it Lst'd. It's got over 21 tops. I got preflowers at several nodes. It's about 18 inches tall and 3 feet wide all around from the center main stem (roots). Its a femme for sure. I see white hairs in the pee pees. (ha ha ha). Ok am I going to see buds soon since it preflowered? . It's an Indica plant.
Got white hairs?? Congrats, it´s a girl. Repot it into the biggest pot you can lift, give it lots of fert, nurture that lady.
What will the plant begin to look like when its about to flower? My plants are about the same age as your and about the same size. mine is 2 ft and has 14 tops and it is beautiful female. I can't wait to harvest her this fall. Will I be able to begin harvest about mid-Aust?
That's what I'm trying to get an answer to. I have the preflowers, now I want to know does this mean that in two weeks I will see flowers at the end of the branches. I figure by August 22 I will have a 90 day old plant so that would leave about 8 weeks of flowering. I hope that ain't the case. I want to know do I have to wait until the end of July to begin the rush to bloom or is that going to start in 2 weeks after I have already spotted the preflowers this week. If I do have to wait until the end of July my plant is going to be to big to easily hide even if it is Lst'd.
Thanks for the replies, how much longer after preflower before buds appear? I'm at 65 days veg outdoors. Please dont tell me I gotta wait until August 22 for 12/12. This is indica. I thought I read about a shorter amount of time before true flowering. I retied it today I have branches I didn't even know were there(about 75 or more). I almost wish it would slow down and stop growing so fast, and I've been pulling leaves off two weeks ago because they were so dam big.
Your plant will start to flower early August, will be done by about end Sep/Oct, depending on how you like it.. And 12/12 occurs naturally on 21 Sep, but has no significance for outdoor growers.
