Could one take 0% nicotine e liquid and then put a little weed into it, cook it a bit and then have flavoured cannabis e liquid? If so please let me know. I'd really like to know if I could do this, thanks a bunch! Tell me how!
Look up "Marijuana e-liquid" on YouTube. There's a good video by "Let's Vape" which details how to make your own e-liquids step by step. It's a little more complicated than what you suggested, but the principle is the same.
