I feel silly for asking this......

    I am 18, I love smoking but recently i have been thinking about my future... and how if i want a serious job they will drug test me, so the questions is "is their any pill or whatever i can take -prescribed by a doctor- that will just give me a high during the day or a reallllllly relaxed feeling, i know we can't talk about other drugs but it's medical soo deal with it ;D haha and preferably a medication that doesn't have horrible side effects.

    Also another question, if i move to a state with medical marijuana, i get it prescribed, and i work as say a registered nurse or anything in the m.d field will i get excused from it or they don't care or its horribly frowned upon?

    Well, there are drugs like flexeril that are a slight muscle relaxer, flexeril has got to be the drug that I've heard compared to a weed high the most, in my career, and then there's opiates, but that's a different world. As far as getting a script for flexeril or likewise script, good luck! You'll need a chronic condition and a generous doctor.

    almost all jobs just drug test on a conditional job offer. It costs too much money to randomly drug test. Move to medical state? Unless you work with heavy machinery they will only test once, or if you get into an accident.

    But like i said, will i still be able to get a serious job with a pot prescription

    Honestly, to me the answer depends on how much and when they drug test you. If it's just a one time thing (being ideal and not thinking about injury) there are ways to pass a drug test even if you've smoked a day before.

    If they actually test randomly on a regular basis, I just don't know dude.

    I got flexeril, it is very comparable to weed in terms of pain management. And i try to stay away from the pills if i can. I like to be conscious what goes in my body

    If you're currently applying for jobs, take a T break maybe until you get a job and are tested. Once you get the job, most places only test that once the first time and then if you get seriously hurt or screw up on something expensive or important.
