I was in my room smokin the last of my KB, and I was bumed cause I was all out, when I reached under my bed [to put my pipe away] and found a little stash of money. Its not alot [like $5] but its enough to get me another Joint of KB...all in all this has turned out to be a good day

That is correct. A friend of mine [who wont be named] got busted with a 1/2 oz [that was in 4 bages each 1/8th] and a bong and he just got the stuff taken away and he might loose his license, so yea that are not to strict about it here.
Damn, down here in virginia, they'd pull all this shit like, intent to sell, posession, possesion of paraphanalia, and it'd be like a 5K fine and like a felony and all this shit.
