"I" does'nt exist as personality

  1. Stoned ramblings ...;)

Alot of the things we equate as 'us' is't actually 'ourselves' or 'us' but birds sitting on a branch, the branch beeing the real 'You' at your center

The branch is 'US' in a sence that the true "I" is actually not our family, car, job, house, friends, or 'character by experience' these are simply things we substitute - and in all 'think' is Us, these things are temporary of which at death will be stripped away, leaving the naked core alone on the tree, as the 'branch'

these things are not the true 'us', but things we have 'attracted' to ourselves and believed them to be 'I'

'I' is actually stillness, or the naked 'us' devoid of the 'birds' or past experiences or thoughts or surroundings,

At our naked core, there we are at complete stillness and wisdom, the subconsious being our friend and mentor of which as Deepack Chopra equates as the 4th stage of 'God' or enlightenment

when Stript of all these illusions around 'us' - the branch is naked awareness, true silent and wise, which is the true 'I' which is powerful force - being wrapped in matter within the universe

you will find that at your core - at your center, the real, naked, still 'you', is infact the Allmighty, the 'I AM' , the all powerful, all merciful, and all love and peace which can be aspire to, it is the centre of all quantam energy related and is a influencer of packert energy at quantam levels, 'I' is the center of ALL and the universe as one and is God himself

I figured all all this out during silent meditation - while stone goofed like a mutherfucker :p

  3. I say anthing that needs a metaphor to be explained isn't really explaining anything at all.
Yes, the idea being expressed may be clearer, but that idea has no real-world testability.
