I cut my thumb on my bong stem and got messed up

    No i didn't get "fucked up".... i wish.... messed my finger up though; probably should have gotten stitches, but we all know about how great american health care is. But seriously, does anyone know agood way to remove a broken female bong stem that doesn't involve loss of blood? I was think about using a potato cut in half, and then jamming it on and twisting, but its not strong enough. Any ideas?:confused:

    I used a paper clip, made a hook on one end and slid it down, hooked around and pulled. Now that I think of it, a coat hanger would have worked a lot better.

    I would definetly use the coat hanger idea, maybe put some tape around the end of the hook as a cushion in case you scrape the inside of the bong for any reason?

    Just my guess, I've never had it happen. Lucky me :rolleyes:

    for a second i all thought you were talking about dislodging glass from your skin with coat hangers/potatoes because you can't pay for healthcare hahaha. now i get it though, so anyways. when this happened to me i just broke all the rest of the downstem with plyers until it just fell in the bong, then i got dumped all the glass out of the mouth piece. rinsed it a few times obviously
