I cant believe I'm making a music suggesting thread

    I love alternative electronic rock bands that have a beat to them. I'm primarily looking for rock right now, but i do dig electronic music but i'll save that thread for another day
    Animal Collective -I like their last two albums, i just cant get into their older more experimental ones
    Stardeath & White Dwarfs- THEY WILL BE THE NEW PINK FLOYD

    Based on this, I recommend Billy Corgan's TheFutureEmbrace. And yes, I understand Billy Corgan is not for everyone.

    Stardeath & White Dwarf? are you into The Flaming Lips? I mean, Stardeatg is Wayne Coyne's nephew's band. I suggest everything by The Flaming Lips, they already are the new pink floyd.

    You posted a strange arrangement of music, but I might suggest Fleet Foxes or Built To Spill.

    eh i'm not much a fan of the flaming lips post Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots but Clouds Taste Metallic has to be one of my favorite albums.

    I'll give fleet foxes a listen, i've been hearing a lot about them lately. thanks for the suggestions.

    So i checked out Fleet Foxes, Voxtrot, Band of Horses, and The Vivian Girls, and god i cant stop listing to them. Oh and i found the Black Lips really good too they have a tongue and cheek way about them that makes it great so get stone to. :smoke:

    Yeah, it was unfortunate when Ronald left the band. Have you ever listened to Zaireeka? Probably the most experimental thing I've ever heard. I love how it's made to be an event...
