Hey guys i have a stealth pc grow box up and running now!and i am installing a shelf tommoro so the plant can grow along it.....but my question is , is how do i do so? does it grow horizantally against it itself? or what? please I only have anoth 8 weeks lol jk but seriously help would be greatly appreciated!

Thats called Scrog, Screen of Green there are plenty of tutorials for it. It also required topping, fimming, and lsting. IMHO this: LBH's "4-Way LST" tutorial (with a topping sub-tutorial) - THCfarmer is the best tutorial for lst fim and top. as for the screen itself there are alot of different materials you could use just search around and see what would be your best option.
