While their prices are "comfortable" because I get a free shipping for everything, it comes to a grand total of € 485,47. Just before I ordered, I chatted with their live support because I had a question regarding the in-line extractor, if i could actually buy 2 of them and just have them the opposite direction (1 in, 1 out). They were very cold, they wrote with spelling mistakes and right away with no room for questions they replied "Thank you for contacting us, goodbye." they logged off, and i didn't even get to finish what I was about to say... so I decided to do what i should have done from the very beginning........................... investigate.

Check out some reviews I found here on Grasscity from over a year ago (more or less).

It seems that hydroponics.eu had sent me the wrong set of pipes for my aeroponic propagator. They just don't fit the reservoir. I complained and here's the answer they sent me:

So they're saying that the pipes are fine; I just have the wrong propagator in the photo. Funny thing that the deck for pots has 105 holes in it and it fits just fine.

Moreover, today when I was trying to put together the main aeroponic system (AeroFlo BAS 56) I noticed missing parts, two irrigation pipes and one support pipe. I'm going tomorrow to see my friend, if we have forgotten some packages at his place but it all just goes from bad to worse, so I've lost my hope already.

Now it is 7.8 and I'm still missing bits and pieces. I'm so pissed and stressed off now because I have used 2000 - 3000 euros for my system and accessories for it and I still can't use it because company values and behavior at hydroponics.eu is utter shit. First they toy with me, sending me a one parcel at a time and finally when I think I have everything, there's some vital parts missing.

Moral of the story?

Phone: +44 203 3005767</span> I have sent three emails after submitting an order with Hydroponics.eu requesting they cancel my order due to an extremely slow and unorganised service, one to staff@[member="HyDrOpOnIcS"].eu, one to orders@[member="HyDrOpOnIcS"].eu and another to support@[member="HyDrOpOnIcS"].eu stating that I want to cancel my order with you due to the dodgy service they are offering.

I placed the order on the 14/08/2009 @ 9.39 with the impression that it would only be a few days to delivery which the site offers supposably ----- "With our DHL express delivery you receive your parcel within 2-3 days", which was the reason I placed my order with them.

It is now the 01/09/2009 and today I recieve an email stating that my order will be shipped in 5-6 working days which I dont want.

I have also made dozens of calls to the so called helpline that seems to be busy all the time regardless of what time you ring..

Ordered from them because site says:
1.) "Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day" WRONG! Placed/paid order at 09:00GMT
on a Monday. Sent to me on Friday.
2.) "With our DHL express delivery you receive your parcel within 2-3 days. " WRONG! took 10 days.
3.) "Discreet orders" WRONG! order came in a box that disclosed with what was in big bold print on the side of the box.
4.) "You may also contact us by e-mail. Assistance pre and post sale by staff qualified, specialised in the characteristics of the products and their installation." WRONG! No answers to emails. Phone numbers never get answered.

Phone: <span>+44 203 3005767</span> Been 16 days since I placed my order. I can't get into contact with Hydroponics.eu and they refuse to answer me.

I have tried all e-mails on their website, tried calling AND tried using their "Live support online".

I got NO resposens when I wanted to make a refund, but i got a quick response when I sent a fake e-mail with the subject:
"Looking for a supplier of 100 aerofarm units".

So I guess that says it all. =S

I'd like to WARN everybody to NOT place an order! It's not worth it to risk it.

My loss: about 200 dollars out the window. =(

I live in Sweden and have NO idea on how to get any justice =( I deeply regret my purchase.

United States I paid via credit card to have a delivery sent to my home address, i was told that it would cost a certain a, mount, i paid this amount and i never received anything to my house. It has been 5 months now since i placed the order.

Shipped out 2 days after payment true paypal with DHL. Have not gotten the gods yet so cant say anything bad yet but will informe
when i get. Happy shopper from norway.
